Job Summary:
As the Clinical Nurse Manager 2 , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the healthcare delivery for individuals with intellectual disabilities in their day service and residential setting. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and evaluating nursing care while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate nursingcare for individuals with intellectual disabilities in their day service or residential setting.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop individual care plans.
* Monitor and evaluate nursing interventions and adjust as needed.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
* Provide guidance, training, and support to nursing staff.
* Foster relationships with individuals, families, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse (RN) with valid licenseand registration.
* 3 of nursing leadership experience.
* Knowledge of intellectual disabilities and person-centered care.* Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
