I am delighted to assist a client of mine, in search of a Clinical Nurse manager 2. If you enjoy leading a team of clinical staff and delivering high-quality nursing care, then this could be the right opportunity for you.
You will work alongside a CNM 3 and a DON, and be supported by a team of experienced Nurses. The CNM 2 is responsible and accountable for the provision of clinical and professional leadership, nursing management, and continuous professional development responsibility.The Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for the overall quality of service delivery to all customers within the Franchise. He/she will provide leadership and management to all staff within the franchise. The Clinical Nurse Manager is professionally accountable to the Managing Director.

Your main responsibilities:
* Lead the care team in the provision of excellent evidence-based care and implement all aspects of the care plans based on the needs identifiedand review accordingly
* always Act as the customer advocate.
* Plan, allocate and evaluate the workload of all staff.
* Ensure compliance with safeguarding systems in line with Bluebird Care Policies and Procedures
* Liaise with all Health Care Professionals and HSE
* Grow and develop the business locally.
* Identify staff training needs and provide them accordingly.* Recruit, select and effectively manage a dispersed workforce
Your profile:
* You will have a third level Nursing qualifications, i.e. BSc in Nursing or equivalent (ideally RGN)
* You will be actively registered with NMBI
* You will have min of 5 years post graduation experience
* You will have a min of 1 years experience at CNM level or 2+ years at Senior Staff Nurse level.
* You will possess strong communication skills and a work ethic.
* You will be able to work on your own initiativewith good leadership skills.
