I am delighted to assist my client, a leading Private Hospital based in Waterford who are seeking a CNM to join their CCU Team. Duties
You will be responsible for the management, quality care, and treatment of service users, to ensure thatthe optimum standard of care is provided within the Coronary Care Unit. Your primary role will be one of clinical and professional leadership and development of the nursing team, including the development of nursing staff by means of in-service training, orientation of new staff and arranging for clinical experience and supervision of student nurses where this is appropriate.
Eligibility Criteria
* Registered with NMBI
* 3 years post-registration experience - 2 years in Coronary Care or Clinical Cardiology
* Post Grad Qualification in Cardiology
* Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience in Invasive Cardiology as relevant to the role
* Previous experience in Management desirable
