I am delighted to assist my client, a leading Private Hospital based in Dublin in recruiting for a Clinical Nurse Manager for their Theatre Department.
As a member of the nurse management team, you will have a pivotal role in service planning, co-ordination, and management of resources within the department. You will strive to promote a culture of open communication and best practice, providing clinical expertise, adviceand support within the multi-disciplinary team.
Essential Criteria
* Registered General Nurse with The Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
* Previous Management experience desirable, ideally in Theatre Scrub or Recovery.
* Management Qualification preferable.
* Demonstrable commitment to patient Safety & Quality.
* Excellent inter-personal skills.
* Leadership and change management skills.
* Computer skills and knowledge of HR policies and procedures i.e. Microsoft.
