Position: Clinical Nurse Manager

Type: Full-time/Part-time - Permanent role

I am delighted to assist a client of mine, in search of a Clinical Nurse Manager for their new Respite service in Boyle, Co. Roscommon to provide Respite support and holiday breaks for adults with intellectual disabilities, Autism, acquired brain injury and/or mental health conditions.
The successful candidate will be expectedto manage a service that delivers effective, efficient, and quality-assured care to all its service users.
Company Profile:My client is specialist in providing residential care and day service to people with an intellectual disability. My client islooking for a Clinical Nurse Manager committed to supporting people with disabilities and their families.
Responsibilities and Duties
* The post holder has responsibility for the effective provision and operation of services and supports to serviceusers in a specified Gateway Community Care designated center which provides residential services and or respite care.
* The post holder will work closely with the Regional Director of Operations with regard to both planning and implementing the effective delivery of services.
* Manage and monitor staffing levels within the designated centre and be responsible for operating within approved budgets.
* The post holder will ensure that the respite centre under their remit comply with legislative and regulatory requirements i.e. S.I.367, HIQA National Standards etc.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years as a team leaderor in a management or supervisory role in the area of health or social care.
* Nursing Qualification Required- PIN required* A proven track record of managing a residential service which meets quality, regulatory/legislative requirements.
* Level 6management qualification.
* Experience of report writing, personal support plans, people and roster management.
* Full current driving license with access to your own vehicle.
* Excellent working knowledge of legislative/regulatory requirements andresponsibilities.
* Excellent IT skills.
