Position: Clinical Nurse Manager
Location: Boyle, Co. Roscommon
Type: Full-time/Part-time - Permanent role
I am delighted to assist a client of mine, in search of a Clinical Nurse Manager fortheir new Respite service in Boyle, Co. Roscommon to provide Respite support and holiday breaks for adults with intellectual disabilities, Autism, acquired brain injury and/or mental health conditions.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage a service that delivers effective, efficient, and quality-assured care to all its service users.

My client is specialist in providing residential care and day service to people with an intellectual disability. My client is lookingfor a Clinical Nurse Manager committed to supporting people with disabilities and their families.
Responsibilities and Duties* The post holder has responsibility for the effective provision and operation of services and supports to service users ina specified Gateway Community Care designated center which provides residential services and or respite care.
* The post holder will work closely with the Regional Director of Operations with regard to both planning and implementing the effective delivery of services.
* Manage and monitor staffing levels within the designated centre and be responsible for operating within approved budgets.
* The post holder will ensure that the respite centre under their remit comply with legislative and regulatory requirements i.e. S.I.367, HIQA National Standards etc.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years as a team leader or in amanagement or supervisory role in the area of health or social care.
* Nursing Qualification Required- PIN required
* A proven track record of managing a residential service which meets quality, regulatory/legislative requirements.
* Level 6 management qualification.
* Experience of report writing, personal support plans, people and roster management.
* Full current driving license with access to your own vehicle.
* Excellent working knowledge of legislative/regulatory requirements and responsibilities.
* Excellent IT skills.
