I am delighted to assist a client of mine, in search of a new Clinical Nurse manager. If you enjoy leading a team of clinical staff and delivering high-quality nursing care, then this could be the right opportunity for you.
You will work alongside another CNM1, CNM2, and a DON, and be supported by a team of experienced Nurses. The CNM1 is responsible and accountable for the provision of clinical and professional leadership, nursingmanagement, and continuous professional development in the area of responsibility

Your profile:
* You will have a third level Nursing qualifications, i.e. BSc in Nursing or equivalent (ideally RGN)
* You will be actively registered with NMBI
* You will have min of 5 years post graduation experience
* You will have a min of 1 years experience at CNM level or 2+ years at Senior Staff Nurse level.
* You will possess strong communication skills and a work ethic.
* You will be able to work on your own initiative with good leadership skills.
