*Overview:*
The Clinic Manager assumes responsibility for the day-to-day oversight and coordination of all medical services within the clinic. This pivotal role entails ensuring the delivery of services aligns with planned service levels and maintains a high standard of patient care. The Clinic Manager plays a vital role in establishing and communicating performance standards to the clinic's staff. We seek a qualified candidate with the capacity to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.The successful candidate must demonstrate initiative, independent judgment, decision-making prowess, and adept problem-solving skills.

*Job Requirements:*

**Financial Management:**

1. Contribute to the preparation of annual operating plans and monthly reports.
2. Manage and supervise clinic stock orders, deliveries, and maintain control over stock/accounts through the procurement system, collaborating with the Operations Manager to optimize local cost efficiencies.
3. Ensure the clinic operates within agreed budgetary, performance, and staffing levels.
4. Maintain a vigilant eye on daily operations, promptly responding to any deviations from the plan.
5. Oversee financial aspects within the clinic, encompassing invoicing, information preparation, report management, and receipt handling.

**Operational Activities:**

1. Manage clinical and administrative staff rosters, annual leave, sick leave, and resourcing to ensure the clinic remains fully staffed.
2. Actively optimize schedules to ensurethe clinic operates at its peak efficiency.
3. Foster responsibility for increasing utilization and clinic productivity.
4. Collaborate with the Operations Manager on management, operational issues, and performance assessment.
5. Take charge of facilities management and related costs.
6. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to formulate and execute local operational plans for the clinic.

**Quality Assurance:**

1. Uphold service excellence by efficiently managing patient flow within the clinic.2. Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, procedures, protocols, and guidelines.
3. Sustain JCI standards by enhancing staff awareness of company policies.
4. Maintain regular hygiene, health, and safety reports.

**Business Development:**1. Collaborate with the management team to facilitate business development activities.
2. Stay informed about the local competitive landscape and relay any new developments or trends to the management team.
3. Identify new clinical service opportunities, evaluate potential for service expansion, enhance patient care, and establish new pathways.

**Human Resources:**

1. Lead recruitment, hiring, induction, and development of all clinic personnel.
2. Cultivate effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Strategically plan and execute a robust communication model, encompassing staff meetings,individual meetings, and feedback sessions to ensure open communication from senior management to front-line staff.

**Qualifications:**

- Hold a third-level or postgraduate degree in management, accounting, or healthcare management.

**Experience:**

- Possess previous experience in a dynamic healthcare environment, specializing in one of the following areas: diagnosticimaging, surgical services, or outpatient clinics.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of management experience, including overseeing a diverse team.
- Exhibit a track record of successful implementation of change management initiatives in complex organizations.

- Proficient in process mapping, project management, integration, and change management.
- Display leadership skills, with the ability to lead and mentor teams effectively.
- Possess strong analytical thinking abilities.- Exhibit a keen business orientation.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer (patient) satisfaction.
- Demonstrate effective leadership and communication skills.
