At FRS Recruitment we are a supplier for the HSE Nurses and Midwifes and we are now looking for a Public Health Nurse to join our team!

We are searching fora skilled Community Health Nurse to join our team on a temporary contract basis, playing a pivotal role in promoting wellness and disease prevention within our community.
Role:
The role includes wound management, client needs based assessment, care planning and implementation of supports to ensure the clients to live in the community. It is an extremely interesting and variedrole.

HSE Payscale: Dependingon Expereince
Responsibilities:
* Perform comprehensive nursing care and assessments.
* Administer medications, document treatments.
* Offer health promotion to families and individuals.
* Collaborate with diverse healthcare professionals.* Participate in clinics, vaccination drives, and outreach.
* Maintain accurate electronic health records.
* Advocate for patient preferences.
Requirements:
* Registered NMBI
* Bachelors in Nursing or equivalent
* Community nursing experience preferred.
* Strong clinical and communication skills.
* Compassionate and independent worker.
* Familiarity with electronic records.
* Full driving license and vehicle access.
