My client which provides high quality healthcare for many years, is seeking applications for the role of Director of Nursing in a prestigious Hospital in Kilkenny, Ireland.
The primary focus is on enhancingthe patient experience and care quality while upholding the values and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards such asCHKS and JCI. Also, to improve the patients' experience and quality of care throughout the hospital, while demonstrating their Values.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
* Third Level/Master's level in Healthcare/Business or similar.
* Minimum 5 years' experience working in a senior management position in same related field.
* Must have experience of delivering high levels of productivity and efficiency.
* An understandingof financial management and control is key to this position.
* Extensive knowledge of organisational management and development.
* Proven track record of positive team engagement.
