Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage nursing staff to provide exceptional care to residents.
* Develop care plans, ensure compliance, and coordinate with healthcare professionals.
* Support and mentor staff, address concerns promptly, and maintain a positive work culture.
* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care andpromote interdisciplinary teamwork.
* Conduct regular performance evaluations of nursing staff and identify opportunities fortraining and professional development.
* Monitor and maintain adequate staffing levels, making staffing adjustments as necessary to provide consistent care coverage.
Requirements
* Valid NMBI PIn
* Proven experience in nursing leadership and management, preferably in a long-term care or nursing home setting.
* 3 years of management experience
* Qualification inLeadership
* Bachelor's in nursing or equivalent.
* Strong understanding of nursing home regulations, quality standards, and best practices in elderly care.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
* Empathy, patience, and genuine concern for the well-being of residents.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations effectively.
* Flexibility to work evenings, and weekends, and be on-call as required
