Get Recruited is partnered with a fantastic Medical Sales Business, with offices in the UK. They'relooking to hire a Finance Assistant, to join their finance team and support the Finance Manager. This role would be a fantasticrole for a candidate that is looking to continue their Finance career within a brilliant business that has passion for supporting and valuing their staff.
FINANCE ASSISTANT DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Daily cash book update
* Maintain purchase ledgeron Sage
* Responsible for multi-currency supplier payment runs
* Bank reconciliation on multiple accounts
* Responsible for Credit Control and Sales Ledger
* Responsible for logging stock deliveries on Sage and reconciling with invoices
* Reconciling stock in Sage / warehouse reports
* Reconcile nominal accounts at month end
* Processing accruals, prepayment and entering any journals
KEY EXPERIENCE:
* 1-2 year's experience within a Finance or Accounts setting
* IT systems savvy withexperience Excel and Sage
* Attention to detail
