Overview of Role:
As a Home Services Manager, you will lead the delivery and development of all Home Support Services in your designated area. You'll ensure the safety of both the cared-for individuals and our dedicated staff, all while striving to increase the organisation's share of home support hours delivered in your region. Collaborating with a network ofHome Service Managers, you'll contribute to national initiatives and drive our commitment to quality care.
Your Responsibilities:
* Efficiently oversee the delivery of Home Support hours in your designated area, ensuring staff adhere to HSE requirements.
* Become a subject matter expert in a key area of Home Support Services, such as Quality & Safety, Finance, HR, Systems, or home support technologies.
* Conduct ongoing monitoring and reviews of home support services in your area.* Manage the referral process, ensuring staff are prepared and responsive.
* Uphold policies, procedures, and standards.
*Lead a team of Home Services Officers to set up new referrals
* Address complaints or staffing issues promptly.
* Mentor anddevelop your team, setting annual performance objectives and KPIs.
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in SocialCare or Nursing.
* Management experience in healthcare or homecare is desirable.
* Ability to manage a diverse workload andreport to internal and external stakeholders.
* Full driver's license with access to transport.
* Fluent in English.
* Strong people management and administrative skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility and a strong work ethic.
