Information and Helpline Manager - Dementia Service
I am seeking a dynamic and compassionate individual to serve as Information and Helpline Manager for my South Dublin based client. My client provides specific services to those living with dementia. The successful candidate must have in person attendance for scheduled meetings, training and work events as required.
* Permanent, full time position
* Hybrid Model - 2 days per week required in South Dublin office
Requirements:
* Healthcare qualification (Allied Health)
* Have demonstrated knowledge and an understanding of dementia and related issues
* Minimum 3 years proven experience providing a support service to people facing a life changing health diagnosis or life event where the provision of information was a core part of the role
* Knowledge of the health sector, voluntary sector and older people issues.
* Experience working with a team, with a preference forexperience working with or leading a team
