Description:
Excellent job opportunity for a Sample Management Coordinator for this global pharmaceutical company in Cork.
You must have a minimum 3 years' GMP industry experience
You will work as a coordinator of the Sample Management group , to support technical and analytical tasks.
Duties* Co-ordinating and carrying out sample pulls, ensuring accuracy in all sample movement, and aliquoting as required.
* Responding to ad-hoc requests for sample pulls and information relating to sample management.
* Administration of documentation with reference to samples, i.e. receipt of external sample results and entry onto LIMS.
* Generating reports.
* Ensuring thatall team members are trained
* Involvement in forecasting and scheduling of activities within sample management.
* Being the key point of contact for QC for sample management.
* Lead Quality and EHS investigations
Requirements
* Degree/Diploma in a Scientific Discipline
* 3 years' experience in a pharmaceutical industry GMP laboratory
* Experience in a leadershipcapacity is desirable.
* Excellent communication skills
