An excellent GP surgery in Tunbridge Wells (Kent) are looking for a long term locum GP for 2-8 sessions per week paying £700 per day OUTSIDE OF IR35. They are also looking for adhoc cover from now until the end of August.
Our client who we have worked with for many years are needing some extra support due to demand and seek a long term locum GP, through to at least the end of the summer. To them, all GPs no matter of their seniority or position - are treated equally. They have a very fair day set up, as they want all GPs tohave a good work life balance and working day.
They score GOOD with CQC and have high QOF points. All working practices arewithin the current NHS advised way of working with Telephone and eConsults with minimal face to face contact, only if you feelthe need to bring the patient in. No home visits. Admin is mainly self generated, but may have a small share of surgery admin -although the day set up is negotiable and can be flexible.
