We are working with a Research and Developmentcompany with their HQ in Switzerland. The company is working on cutting edge new products and requires an outstanding line manager with excellent understanding of technical DM systems.
To be considered for an interview for this role, you should have experience in Medidata RAVE, CDISC experience (preferably in SDTM or SEND), previous Line Management, SOP improvement and experience submitting to Health Authorities (such as the FDA CFR 21 Part 11 & GAMP 5) would be a big plus. You should be familiar with the development of people, improvement and awareness of Clinical Data Standards. You should also have sufficient expertise toguide and advise on plans and protocols as well as pro-actively manage timelines and deliverables. I would like to speak to people who can be high adaptable and flexible in creating solutions under pressure of tight timelines.

Minimum qualifications to be considered;
*Life Science or computer science degree
* 7+ years of Clinical DM experience
* 2-3 years of Line Management experience. Youwill be managing a team of 7
* CDISC experience in SDTM or SEND (or both)
* Medidata RAVE experience
* Fluent English - Written, verbal and reading
