Night Shifts: 36 hrs per week

Responsibilities for the Registered Nurse RGN include:
* Assess residents' health and well-being across adifficult and changing caseload
* Assist in the delivery of care to meet individuals' health and well-being needs
* Provideand receive sensitive or contentious information
* Promote and develop best practice as a Registered Nurse RGN
* Assist inmaintaining and developing robust and compliant services
* Contribute to quality improvement
* Promote people's equality, diversity and rights
* Apply clinical reasoning skills to all scenarios.
