Position: Nurse - Senior Management
Location: TipperaryType: Full-time/Part time- Permanent
Salary: €50,915-59,961 DOE
Availability: immediately / ASAP
I am delightedto assist a client of mine, in search of a Senior Nurse Manager. If you enjoy leading a team of clinical staff and delivering high-quality nursing care, then this could be the right opportunity for you.
The Nurse Manager will be working as supernumerary capacity, with support from the Senior Manager. You will also have responsibility for 2 Home Support Services, providing support and guidance where necessary.

My client is looking for a Nurse manager who is committed to supporting people with disabilities and their families, in a person-centered, community-based, socially inclusive manner in accordance with their core values and ethos and underpinned by quality, best practice and research.
Responsibilities and Duties
* To work in conjunction with the Management Team
* Together with Directors lead a staff team in meeting the needs of the young people in our care in respect of emotional, social, physical, intellectual, spiritual, and cultural.
* To ensure that the care that we provide to the young people is of a high standard and is maintained on an on going basis,
* To be familiar with all policies and procedures within the organization's, legislation, national standards and HIQA Regulations,
* To empower the staff team, role model and nurture and develop a therapeutic environment within the organization's ethos and model of care.
Requirements:
* Fully Registered with the Board of Nursing Midwives
* Must have a recognised Management Course OR currently enrolled in one.
* 3 years post qualification experience in the area of intellectual disability
* 3 years management experiencewithin a healthcare setting
* Excellent knowledge of the HIQA Standards and Health Act 2008 - 2013 Regulations
* Must holda full and clean driving license
* Applicants must have relevant experience in a Nurse Manager role OR similar.
* Excellentknowledge of HIQA standards mandatory.
