Applicants in CORU process will be considered for assistant roles
The successful candidatewill have the following:
* Degree in Occupational Therapy.
* CORU Registration or be in the process of CORU registration* Proven ability to manage a case load independently.
* Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
* The capacity tomaintain excellent relationships with a wide range of people.
* Creativity, practicality, and problem-solving skills.
* Theability to multitask and work under pressure.
* A professional and compassionate approach, coupled with the capacity to keep client information private.
Duties:
* You will be an active member of the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) in the community Team. The primary Occupational Therapy model of practice used within the OT department is the Model of Human Occupation. There is a significant focus on the use of occupation based interventions, individually and in groups, to support recovery.
* Youwill carry a case load and will complete occupational therapy assessments and interventions.
