Description:
We are currently working with the Lead Provider First City Nursing Services in Swindon and are looking for full time/ part time Support Workers.
Hours: Full-time hours available, Part-time various hours available for a 24 hour service
We currently have opportunities available for Healthcare Assistants/Support Workers to join our teamworking on a one-to-one basis providing high quality care to our clients whilst paying attention to their specific and individual needs. You will help people with mental health conditions, learning disabilities and complex needs in their own home or within a nursing setting.
We would love to hear from you if you are a reliable, enthusiastic and compassionate Healthcare assistant / Support Worker with previous care experience, to join our friendly, professional team.
* Flexible to work on a rolling Rota
* Good at working on your own and within a team
* Excellent at communicating with people
* Weekend commitment is required for this role
* Able to complete good quality support records
