Description:
An opportunity towork with a global CRO has arisen for an experienced and talented project level data manager to support a number of exciting projects with a sponsor client. Working 100% remotely from anywhere in the UK and Ireland you will be providing expert end to enddata management support as a contractor, initially for 6 months.
In summary, the ideal candidate will require strong study DM experience, will have gained excellent project management experience working on multiple complex studies simultaneously and beable to take responsibility for CDM study deliverables, timelines and cross-functional tasks.
In this role, you will be given the opportunity to;
- Provides expert data management support and assigns specific study components (sites, country, region) to each Data Manager on the study
- Can coach and support more junior Data Managers when necessary
- Represents the Data Management Team at senior meetings
- Develops effective working relationships with Management Team members and key stakeholders- Maintains oversight and provides updates on the Data Management deliverables to senior study leaders
- Contributes to the set-up and achievement of Project timelines and goals
- Manages the data management metrics and proactively identifies resource, quality and timeline issues
To be qualified for this role you will be expected to hold;
- Multiple years' experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry
- Must have study lead experience
- Study Lead Experience including managing 1or more complex studies through full life-cycle
- Demonstrated effective communication, leading meetings and making decisions- EDC experience in RAVE would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
