The Project Manager will work within their pharmaceutical services division , the role will be responsible for managing lab support services for pharmaceutical customers.

The Opportunity
This is a challenging, multi-faceted role for someone with a commercial scientific background where you have experience of project management. As project manager, you will confidently engage with people at all levelsof the company and be the communication link between the client and the laboratory personnel
The Project Manager will :* Coordinate client portfolios and serve as the primary liaison between clients, business development, and the project team.* Facilitate information flow among stakeholders, including clients, labs, quality departments, and sample management.
* Handle operational project management tasks, including shipment inspection, COA setup, stability studies, and sample disposal approvals.
* Monitor metrics related to turnaround times, data trending, and deviation/investigation.
* Prepare client communications and internal documentation, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
* Collaborate with finance for accurate projections andinvoicing.
* Provide expertise during initial protocol reviews and propose solutions.
About You
To apply for this position, you should demonstrate commercial experience within the scientific or pharmaceutical industry with experience of building relationships and managing a full project.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Science (chemistry or biochemistry preferred).
* 5+ years of project management experience in a GMP lab environment.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in office tools and enterprise systems.
* Analytical mindset and adherence to procedures and policies.
* Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
