Responsibilities:
* Perform comprehensive nursing care and assessments.

* Participate in clinics, vaccination drives, and outreach.
* Maintain accurate electronic health records.
* Advocate for patient preferences.
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse (RN) in Ireland.
* Community nursing experience preferred.
* Strong clinical and communication skills.
* Compassionateand independent worker.
* Familiarity with electronic records.
* Full driving license and vehicle access.
