This is a great opportunity to join a well-recognised HSE Hospital based in the West of Ireland.
As an RSM you will work a permanent position on a full-time basis with a team guided by Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, Quality andCompassion. You will work closely with the Management Team to ensure high-quality service and the effective use of resources.RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Engage in leadership of a skilled team
* Contribute to the planning and strategising of the department
* Monitoring equipment and ensuring all Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety at Work legislation and Ionising Radiation Regulations are adhered to
* Maintain own clinical skills to a high standard ensuring best practice and attend multi-disciplinary clinical meetings.
* Commit to Continuous Professional Development.
* Provide support and mentoring to staff.
* Liaise and co-operate with other disciplines within the hospital.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Must be Registered with CORU* Must hold a Bachelors degree in Radiography or similar discipline
* Must hold a Postgraduate or Masters Degree in a relevantRadiography modality
* Must hold minimum of 7 years' experience in Radiography
* Must have managerial experience
* Excellent communication skills
