RecruitmentSpecialist required for the Health and Social Care Sector.

This is a full time post working 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday) and is best suited to a candidate with previous recruitment and resourcing employment experience. Offering a salary £25,000FTC 12 months with ongoing opportunities this position will utilise all previous experience, whilst allowing plenty of room forcareer and self-development.

As a RecruitmentSpecialist you will work as part of a wider team, meeting with a number of local government and local authority leaders who areall focused on increasing the number of people working in Health and Social Care in Wiltshire.

You will be a self-motivator,someone who can 'think outside the box', consistently looking at new and innovate ways of advertising and profiling career opportunities, all aimed at placing local people into local jobs. Meeting with prospective employers to obtain information and knowledge of their current vacancies, undertaking recruitment methods and how best to source the very best applicants.

This will include attending recruitment events profiling the current vacancies within the Health and Social Care sector. Liaising with employers to ensure that their current vacancies are live on the website, answering enquiries that have been submitted to the website.

Acting as the initial point of contact for applicants who are seeking employment, you will manage all initial applications, providing career advice, conducting detailed telephone assessments, arranging interviews and assisting providers with their recruitment needs within the sector. Naturally, you will have proven Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams experience for the maintenance of high quality administration, diary management, meeting attendance and complex reporting.

You will have the opportunity to work onsite with clients, including Swindon Borough Council, in partnership with their recruitment & service teams to understand the roles, challenges & learn more about resourcing plans in this sector. As such, this may lead to further career opportunities at the end of the 12 month contract.

You will support our vision of providing a network of care and support staff to several services including, residential care, nursing and dementia care homes, community home care and specialist learning disabilities teams alongside various others positions which sit within the Health and Social Care Sector.

35 hours a week Monday to Friday 09.00am - 17.00pm (occasional need to work outside these hours to facilitate evening events)

Salary £25,000 12 months FTC with ongoing opportunities.

Drivers licence with access to your own vehicle is essential to this role.
