A mental health hospital specialises in the management and treatment of mentalhealth problems. The hospital has residential facilities for patients, as well as offering outpatients' services
**To beconsidered for this role you must hold a current active NMC Pin**
As a Nurse your key duties include:
* Deliver high quality, service users focussed care
* Participate in the development of new services and care pathways
* Support the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy
* Engage in continuous quality improvement within your service
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
* Relevant clinical experience
* Demonstratesa positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality
* Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practise
* Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
* Able to show a can-do attitude always
The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £36,176 - £41,953 per annum DOE. We currently have permanentvacancies for both days and night shifts available. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the followinggenerous benefits:
