The Ideal RegisteredNurse (RGN /RMN) candidate will have:
* Person centred care approach
* Ability to undertake stress whilst implementing theright attitude
* Good Understanding of Medical Terms and Measurements with demonstrable experience of executing effective andaccurate medication rounds
* Ability to communicate effectively (Written and Verbal)
* Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
Responsibilities for the Registered Nurse (RGN /RMN) include:
* Assess residents' health and well-being across a difficult and changing caseload
* Assist in the delivery of care to meet individuals' health and well-being needs
* Provide and receive sensitive or contentious information
* Promote and develop best practice as aRegistered Nurse
* Assist in maintaining and developing robust and compliant services
* Contribute to quality improvement* Promote people's equality, diversity and rights
* Apply clinical reasoning skills to all scenarios.
Requirements:
*Valid NMC Pin
* Clear DBS
* Authorised to work in the EEC
* A Registered General Nurse or Mental Health Qualification.
*Good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices.
* Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
* An understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
