Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care according to individualized care plans
* Prioritize the needs and comfort of adults and their families
* Advocate for thebest interests of the adults under your care
* Collaborate closely with family members and other care team members
* Serveas a liaison between families and the care team
Qualifications & Experience:
* Registered Nurse on the live registerof NMBI
* Experience in tracheostomy care (desirable, additional training provided)
* Experience in managing and caring fora PEG (desirable, additional training provided)
