I am happy to assist my client in recruiting for permanent, part time and full time positions in a blood centre located in Cork. Essential Criteria:

* Registration with NMBI (General Division) is a mandatory requirement.
*A minimum of 2 years of post-registration experience is necessary.
* Demonstrated recent continuous professional development (CPD) within the last 12 months is essential.
* Proficiency in written communication with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
* Proven IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, as well as experience with electronic Patient Management and Learning Management systems, are required.
* Possession of a full driving license and access to a personal vehicle is necessary.

Desirable Criteria:
* Possession of a postgraduate qualification or experience in one of the following areas is an advantage: Renal, Haematology, Critical Care, or ICU.
* Previous experience in a Therapeutic Apheresis Service or Apheresis Service is a desirable asset.



Responsiblities:
* Facilitate patient pre-assessment coordination
* Oversee patient care before, during, and after procedures
* Identify and address adverse events linked to the procedure
* Ensuretimely and accurate reporting and documentation, including incidents and complaints
* Manage service delivery, including communication with stakeholders and inventory/equipment oversight
* Deliver training to new staff when necessary, along with relevantpaperwork completion
* Participate in clinical audits and research activities
* Undertake additional tasks within the NursingScope of Practice as directed by the Consultant in charge during non-hospital service periods.



**Working Hours:**

28-32hours per week for perm-part time position, 26.25 hours for another part time position.
