Salaried GP near Bracknell - Tier 2 Sponsorship Available.
Are you a dedicated and compassionate GP seeking a rewarding opportunity in Bracknell? Located in the heart of Berkshire, Bracknell offers a vibrant community with excellent amenities and easy access to both urban and rural landscapes. Our 5-site training practice is currently seeking a Salaried GP to join our team for up to 8 sessions per week.
About Us
We are a friendly and forward-thinking 5-site training practice looking after circa. 41,000 patients, we have 18 GPs (9 Partners and 9 Salaried GPs) as well as an extensive clinical team. We aim todeliver excellence and innovation in primary care. There is a strong ethos on education and team work, each Salaried GP is offera GP Partner as a mentor.
Key Information:
* up to £11,000 per session
* Up to 8 sessions per week available
*Tier 2 sponsorship available
* Private healthcare offered
* Training practice status, providing opportunities for professional development and mentorship
* Birthday off in addition to annual leave entitlement
* Low home visit rate
* Protected daily clinician coffee break to support well-being and collaboration
* 7 weeks leave (6+1 annual and study leave)
Requirements:
* Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) and inclusion on the GP Register
* Relevant experience working as a General Practitioner in primary care settings
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills* Commitment to providing patient-centered care and promoting health equity
* Willingness to participate in on-call dutiesand flexible working arrangements as required
