A CQC rated GOOD surgery in Bristol are looking for a Salaried GPto join their incredible team due to ongoing success and growth, offering up to £10,500 per session + benefits
Our pro-active client has a brilliant team and solid structure, offering a very flexible working schedule. They are innovative and forward thinking and with the new NHS ways of working they are in a good position going forward. A well known surgery who not only have abrilliant set up (detailed below) they are very much about ensuring all staff are happy and looked after and that a strong worklife balance is key to an effective and supportive environment.
They are looking for a salaried GP to join their practice andbe an essential part of the team and growth plans. They are a very tight knit team and their GPs are an integral part of theirongoing success and will be very well looked after both on a personal and business level, even supplied with regular cups of tea! With this, there would be potential to expand into a partnership position or enter into a partner immediately. If you wanted to join the surgery on a short term locum basis before committing on a salaried basis there would be an option to do so.

They are very flexible in their approach and offering from 4-10 sessions per week. 10 + 15 minute appointments both AM / PM admin and possible home visits ( all within the current NHS guidelines ) using Emis Web. They are adapting to new ways of working to be in a prime position to offer their patients the best level in care and accessability to services.
