Job Title: Senior Radiographer

They are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Radiographer to join their Radiology Department.

Role Overview: As a Senior Radiographer, you will play a critical role in overseeing and performing a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures. Your leadership, expertise, and dedication to patient care willensure the delivery of high-quality radiographic services. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support patient diagnosis and treatment, contributing to the overall success of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform and oversee a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays ensuring precision and high standards of care.
* Lead and mentor a team of radiographers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the highest level of professional practice.
* Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to interpret imaging results and develop comprehensive patient care plans.
* Maintain and ensure the optimal functioning of radiographic equipment, adhering to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
* Participate in quality assurance activities, implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the Radiology Department.
* Manage patient records accurately, ensuring confidentiality andcompliance with hospital policies and data protection regulations.
* Stay updated with advancements in radiographic technologyand techniques, promoting ongoing professional development for yourself and your team.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Radiography or a related field.
* CORU registration as a Radiographer.
* A minimum of 3 years of experience as a radiographer, with significant experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
* Proven leadership skills and experience in supervising or managing a team.
* Strong technical expertise in various imaging modalities.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal,and organisational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
