Service Manager
Limerick
FRS Recruitment are currently seeking a Service Manager for our client, a leading care provider in the area of youth mental health. The post is based in Limerick and is a Full Time Permanent post. The successful candidate will work within a collaborative leadershipteam, reporting to the Regional Services Manager.
The Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective delivery of services, including but not limited to budget management, programme promotion, health and safety and communityengagement. This is a front line role, with regular interactions with the public and service users.
Terms:
* 12 month Fixed Term contract
* Salary: €50k - €70k Depending on Experience
* 25 days Annual Leave
* Pension scheme
Essential Requirements include but not limited to:
* Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent in a business, health (including mental health), community development, education, or social science related area.
* 5 years management experience in health, youth work, social care, education or other not for profit sector service.
* 3 years experience managing a team in a human service delivery context.
* Proficient computer literacy skills.
* Full, clean driving licence.
