I am seeking an enthusiastic, Professionally Qualified Social Workers for a Primary Care Service based in West Dublin. The Social Worker will work within a multi disciplinary team supporting thosein the community.
Location: Tallaght, Dublin
HSE Payscale
6 month contract with view to extend to year +Main Purpose of role:
To provide a social work service for service users, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, to support and maximise their quality of life and to ensure agreed multidisciplinary care plans are implemented.Professional Qualifications, Experience, etc.
(i) Be registered in the Social Workers Register maintained by the Social Workers Registration Board at CORU.
And
(ii) Maintain live annual registration on the Social Workers Register maintained by theSocial Workers Registration Board at CORU.
And
(iv) Have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard ofsuitability and professional ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office
