FRS are delighted to be recruiting a motivated Social Worker who has a passion for client-centred care.The Social Worker will work on a supportive Primary Care Team in Tuam, Galway.

6 month contract with view to extend
Main duties:
* Identify service users' individual and collective needs in partnership withthem and co-create early interventions and/or social action strategies to meet those needs.
* Manage and prioritise a caseload appropriate to the post.
* Provide supportive counselling, emotional and practical support, and information to service usersand their families.
* Deliver social work service in collaboration with other disciplines / agencies as required, in appropriate settings reflecting the needs of the service user.
Candidates must have the following:
* Social Work Qualification & CORU registration.
* Experience and adequate training to carry out satisfactorily the duties of the post.
