Are you motivated Social Worker who is looking for their next position? Are you looking for experience in another areaof social Work?
FRS are delighted to be recruiting an enthusiastic, caring Professionally Qualified Social worker to work within a Primary Care Team in Newbridge, Kildare.
6 month initial contract with view to extend
HSE payscale
Main duties:
* Manage and prioritise a caseload appropriate to the post.
* Deliver social work service in collaboration with other disciplines / agencies as required, in appropriate settings reflecting the needs of the service user.
* Assess where social conditions are a major factor in health and social wellbeing, consult and plan with the service user/ relevant team/ service and arrange appropriate social services for those who need them.
Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification with CORU registration.
* Ability to work on own initiative.
* Excellent communication skills.
