I am delighted to be supporting my client, a C.A.M.H.S Team in Dublin to recruit a Speech and Language Therapist who has a passionfor helping children and young people reach their goals.

Main duty:

The SLT works in collaboration with the MDT to manage the care of young people with mental health issues, such as anxiety, ADHD through the provision of comprehensive SLTassessment, diagnoses and therapy.



Duties:

* Provide a speech and language therapy service in line with policy, SLT and service objectives
* Collaborate with young people and parents/carers , team and other agencies in goal setting and treatment planning
* Document assessment, diagnosis, treatment plans, goals, clinical notes, relevant contacts and summaries in accordance with discipline and professional standards, in a manner compatible with Freedom of Information Act and Data ProtectionAct. Provide SLT reports and service reports/ data as required



Essential Criteria:

* BSc in Speech and Language Therapy or its equivalent
* Excellent communication skills and organisational skills
