Role: Registered General Nurses into the Theatre Department
My client in Limerick is currently recruiting Registered General Nurses into the Theatre Departmentin Limerick. The successful candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high quality patient care.
Post: Full-time / Part-time permanent positions.
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week (full time equivalent). The successful candidates are required to be flexible in both working days and times.

My client is developing a new 170 bed medical facility in Ballysimon to the east of Limerick City. Building works continue to progress with a plan to openthis new state-of-the-art hospital in early 2025. This commitment will see the expansion of surgical specialties currently at Barrington's plus the addition of cardiology, MAU and other medical services.
Role Responsibilities:
* To ensure a high standard of care is maintained at all times.
* Communicate effectively with patients and families.
* Ensure all documentationrelating to patients is accurately maintained in accordance to the medical records policy.
* Practice within and support the Mission and Values, policies, procedures, guidelines and new initiatives as directed / introduced by the hospital.

Job Requirements:
* Registration in the General Division of the live register of nurses kept by the NMBI in Ireland and must have an NMBI pin number in order to apply.
* Eligible to work in Ireland (ie Visa)
* 12 months recent acute hospital experience is essential.
* Previous experience working in the areas of Theatre is desirable.
* Demonstrable commitment to Quality and Patient Safety.
* Have experience of working in a multi-disciplinary clinical environment.
* Strong clinical and communication skills are required.
