Support Pharmacist - Co. Offaly (4 days a week)
The Pharmacy has a busy dispensary in a large pharmacy in Co. Offaly, with excellent support staff
* This is avery attractive role, and it would suit a pharmacist who is focused on customer care and works well in a busy and efficient teamsetting
* Full time, no late nights (9 am-6.30 pm), no Sundays or Bank Hols - 9 am - 6 pm, with 2 Saturdays per month off.* Excellent terms on offer for the suitable candidate
Key Responsibilities:
* To operate the dispensary following all thelegal responsibilities of the profession of the pharmacy
* To exercise all aspects of law, ethics and codes of practice as laid down by the Irish Pharmaceutical Society.
* To provide a safe and efficient dispensing service to all customers following Company guidelines.
* To ensure the safe and effective delivery of medicines to all customers
* To interact with other healthprofessionals
* Active management of the Monthly submissions to Payment Boards
* Pro-active management and follow-up of theclaims rejected
Knowledge and Experience required:
* Must hold a PSI approved Pharmacy Qualification and hold a licenseto practice in the Republic of Ireland
* Ability to deal with high-volume dispensing
* Must have a good business acumen* Must be highly organised
* Must be competent and able to work under pressure
* Must have excellent interpersonal skills* Customer focused
