We've got a New Opportunity for a Trainer to join amarket leading and rapidly expanding business. Due to continued success and growth, our client are looking for an experienced Trainer to support them as they expand the Health and Safety Training arm of their business.
My client are an award winning andhighly reputable business based in the heart of York who deliver training to clients from their offices, and on occasion off-site. As a Training Manager you not only deliver the Health and Safety training, but support their Operations Manager to bring onadditional trainers to expand the capacity of the business, identify areas of improvement and new opportunities and support theother trainers in the business.
If you are an experienced Trainer, Training Manager, Lead Trainer, Head Trainer, Head of Training, Health and Safety Trainer, Senior Trainer or similar, this opportunity is not to be missed!
The Role:
* Deliver relevant and engaging training to businesses
* Bring fresh ideas around training content
* Coach and develop staff on an ongoing basis, offering tailored support to a varied team
* Working with the Operations Manager to identify new opportunities and aread of improvement in the business
* Attract, recruit, onboard and retain new Trainers
The Person:
* Current Experienceas a Trainer, Training Manager, Lead Trainer, Head Trainer, Head of Training, Health and Safety Trainer, Senior Trainer or similar is essential
* Experience within Health and Safety is desirable
* Strong commercial acumen
* Able to build and managea team of Trainers
