A 12 month Maternity leave cover vacancy has arisen for the role of an Urgent Care Nurse in my Clients' Clinic. The successful candidate will be part of the multidisciplinary team (MDT) and willprovide specialist nursing care to patients presenting with a range of urgent care and minor injuries/illnesses.
EssentialCriteria:
* Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland as RGN or Dual Qualified in General and PaediatricsNursing
* Eligible to work in Ireland (NMBI Pin preferred)
* Minimum of 2 years postgraduate experience in areas including general practice, A&E, urgent care or trauma orthopaedics
* Competent with IT systems and Electronic Health Records (EHRs)* Flexibility to work across a rolling roster, 365 days a year
* High level of professional and personal integrity.
* Highdegree of emotional intelligence and self-awareness to support healing interactions with patients.
* High levels of emotionalresilience and the ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and approach with bothpatients and colleagues.
* Demonstrate commitment to fostering partnerships, multi-professional and multidisciplinary relationships and working as part of a team.
* Must be an enthusiastic self-starter who demonstrates energy and drive.
* Must demonstrate planning and organising skills.
