MultipleSoftware Engineers are required for one of the most industry disruptive companies in Gloucestershire.
This organisation is partnering with companies all around the world to bring innovative cyber security solutions to market, which compete with global giants, well established in their field. They grown from 20 to 35 heads within a year and have just knocked down a wall in their building to cater for their growth plans!
How do they compete you may wonder? These end-to-end encryption devices are design and developed by a team that are experts within their field. Their driven, collaborative culture and knowledge allows these products to really stand out. They avoid the slow, regimented defence industry culture and breed success through freedom with your coding, allowing real input and having discussions that change the direction of each project.
They are looking for individuals with a keen interest in programming and cyber security to join the team. They have just been enrolledin a 1.2 billion pound training program, along with defence giants such as Airbus, Ultra Electronics and Raytheon, which will allow you to become a Cyber Security specialist.
They are ideally looking for candidates with a background in embedded software, but they are welcoming software engineers from any level and background, who is would like to develop skills in embeddedC.
The ideal candidate:
* Any programming language, with a desire to develop skills in Embedded C
* Interest inCyber Security - Networking, IP Networks, Crypto Devices etc

The work environment involves gin bars, pool tables,and social colleagues - all whilst allowing and a degree of flexibility with your working hours to suit you. Although you don'tneed experience in Cyber security, they are seeking embedded engineers with strong embedded C knowledge, ideally on Linux baseddevices.
