Job Description - Training Delivery Instructor Electrical Engineering
* You will provide supportto the delivery of training across Weapons Engineering Training group. Reporting into the Training Delivery Team leader, usingbest practice with the use of systematic, safe, high quality, coherent and harmonised approaches across Weapons Engineering training delivery area.
What you'll be doing:
* Delivering training to groups of up to 16 delegates
* Using data, information and insight on the performance of individual establishment, to drive continuous improvement and learning across Royal Navy training.
* Working collaboratively with Learning and Development, Training Delivery staff, to identify and support a personalised approach to learning and development, focussing on the learner journey based on accurate assessments of the particular knowledge, skills and understanding that every trainee brings.
* Communicating and representing the needs of Weapons Engineering Training to the Delivery Team Leader
* Supporting and advising on the piloting and implementation of modernised training courses within establishment
* Ensuring Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded
What we're looking for:
* Electricalqualification required (Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering, would be an advantage)
* Knowledge of Royal Navy training and/or experience, would be an advantage
* Previous training delivery experience would be an advantage
* Confident individual
* Ability to liaise with stakeholders
* Ability to work within a team environment as well as using own initiativeExpectations on communication, timelines for shortlist and any other timely agreements:
There is a lengthy vetting process ofup to 6 to 8 weeks although a successful candidate may start work prior to completion but would need to be escorted on site.Essential Skills/Experience
Knowledge of Royal Navy training and/or experience, would be an advantagePrevious training delivery experience would be an advantage
Confident individual

Qualifications required
