What you'll be doing:
* Designing and managing architectural designprojects from inception to completion
* Assisting other architectural staff as required and assist with co-ordination of the contributions of all members of the Multi-disciplinary Design Teams
* Assisting the promotion and development of the highest quality of design and constructional standards of building with particular emphasis on value for money
* Contributing to the company overall through personal performance, supervision, proactive leadership where required
* Assisting the implementation ofthe company's Health & Safety Policy Statements including risk assessment procedures
What we're looking for:
* Enthusiastic 5yrs+ Registered Architect status or Technologist registered as MCIAT, or equivalent educated to degree level
* Possessa sound grasp of building design and construction and construction cost planning
* Awareness of new innovative procurement and construction techniques (especially in connection with Net Zero Carbon initiatives), construction contracts, current legislation, statutory and regulatory requirements relating to property
* Experience in a professional private sector (architectural) office or in a local authority
* Good communication written and verbal, presentation, organisational skills
* Possess a highskill level of AutoCAD and Revit software along with associated 3D visualisation rendering packages and NBS experience
* Experience in Education design, public buildings, Healthcare and Blue Light sectors essential
