BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - UTILITIES
LONDON (REMOTE)
UP TO £60,000 + OTE (Uncapped) + EXCELLENT BENEFITS
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're exclusively recruiting on behalf of a highly successful utilities group that has experienced consistent year on year growth. As part of the expansion strategy, they're now looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager to focus on the London and Home Counties territory who has experience either within the Utilities industry or similar.
As a Business Development Manager, you'll need to take a strategic sales approach to seek out new business opportunities within the region and identifying key contacts toacquire business within the new build homes sector.

THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER ROLE:
* As the Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for strategically winning new business opportunities through construction contractors, property developers, investors, and financial institutions
* Mapping out new developments across the region and identifying key decision makers at Board level & developing a relationship
* Seeking out high value sales opportunities within the Built/New Build property sector
* Booking and attend face to face and video meetingswith key decision makers
* Undertaking a consultative and solutions-based sales approach
* Preparing proposals for client consideration and progressing viable opportunities through to contract
THE PERSON:
* Must have experience in a Business Development Manager, Field Sales Executive role or similar
* Experience in Utilities, Engineering, Construction or Heating industries is essential
* Any experience of supplying high value utility services to the Built/New Build environment would be a significant advantage
* A track record of dealing with Board Level / C-Level decision makers
* Must have strong Presentationalskills and a solutions-based sales approach
* Full UK Driving Licence & Own Car
