Working for one of the mostwell-known brands in the Tech World we are looking for an experienced Business Operation Manager to come on board for an 18 month contract to assist in the Operations of the EMEA Real Estate. This is a fully remote based role with heaps of autonomy.As Business Operations Manager you will support the Global Workplace Services (GWS) EMEA Real Estate Operations Team by making the business more efficient and driving the best practices across diverse lines of business. The Business Operations Manager in Real Estate will establish and own the end-to-end business rhythm, incorporating finance, corporate and GWS EMEA activities. The position reports onto the Regional Director for EMEA Global Workplace Services.

You will bethe glue on all the processes and governance for the EMEA Real Estate so you must be

analytical by nature, be super super organised, have excellent Excel skills, and strong interpersonal skills. Be a strategic thinker and be able to work autonomouslyand manage your own time. Major Responsibilities for the Real Estate Business Operations Manager:

The Business Operation Manager's primary responsibility is to lead cross projects to ensure regional and business alignment on key strategic GWS Real Estate initiatives.

* EMEA strategic support for the real estate and facilities services.
* Manage the end-to-end rhythm of business, incorporating finance, corporate and global workplace services.
* Own the EMEA annual goal planning and tracking throughout the year including capital submissions, annual POs, and strategic market plans
* Drive budget planning, tracking, and forecasting for the regional lines of business in collaboration withfinancestakeholdersincludingcashflow and headcount tracking

* Annual rhythm of business, coordination of regional, finance, and central planning discussions
* Scrutiny of business justification wording
* Variance tracking and reporting
* Support with final approvals process partnering with the Director EMEA Real Estate
* Manage on-going cadence of invoice and purchase approvals above Regional Director's limits

* Analyse large amounts of data to develop insights and obtain approval for strategic recommendations
* Monitor and suggest changes to SAFE limits to ensure adequate limits are in place ahead of projects,and process requests for changes due to organisational changes.
* Maintain the ROB calendar and coordinate with the EMEA teamand wider partner community to ensure dates of meetings are aligned.
* Prepare for the all hands meeting, international leadership meetings and annual EMEA offsites - setting an agenda, schedule, creating content and organising group events
* Represent the EMEA Real Estate & Facilities team with partner groups as required to ensure regional perspective is represented andneeds/asks are communicated
* Prepare content for quarterly business review meetings to highlight financial variances, business performance against key initiatives, accomplishments, upcoming activities, and challenges
* Compile and author a variety ofpresentations with audiences up to the global workplace services leadership team
* Manage team reporting tools and maintain EMEA SharePoint site
* Drive and support efforts to improve business processes. Relentlessly seek out root cause problems and address them to drive cross functional improvements.
