I am pleased to be recruiting on behalf of my well-established client and helping them to expand their team. Due to company growth they are looking for Customer Service Advisor to join their successful and expanding team.
You willbe liaising with customers and suppliers on a daily basis and working with minimal supervision. This is a fantastic opportunityfor someone looking to start their career with a reputable and rewarding employer.
DUTIES
* Dealing with incoming calls* Typing correspondence
* Processing details through the system
* Liaising with third party contractors
* Responding toemails
* Updating customers on the status of their requests regularly
* Ensuring customers issues and enquiries are handledpromptly
* Assisting with ad hoc duties as required within the team
* Scanning and filing documents
SKILLS YOU NEED
* Excellent Software skills
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Ability to stay calm under pressure
* Good communication skills
* Basic accounts/bookkeeping background an advantage but not necessary
* Willing to learn and undergo ongoing training
