DailyDuties:
- Supervision of a small team of Electrical and Mechanical technicians covering works such as Electrical Maintenance /Installations, Plumbing / Heating / Water etc
- Organisation and prioritisation of work schedules.
- Coordination of sub-contract workers on site.
- Updating of records, compliance documentation and reporting methods.
Candidate:
- Previous Supervisory/Coordination with experience gained from a similar / building services environment
- HND/HNC qualified. Electrical with relevant supporting qualification.
- The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Electrical systems, BMS and an understanding of mechanical systems
£36,000 - £38,000 per annum
Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm
26 days plus Bank holidays
Candidates may be suitable with the previous job titles of : Site Services Engineer/ Facilities Engineer/ Site Engineer/ Supervisor / Coordinator ,Team Leader
