Senior Researcher - Housing Practice
My client is a large, prestigious executive search and interim management firm. They want to grow their practice servicing major property companies and 'for-profit' providers across theHousing industry.
Operating exclusively on retained search mandates at Board and C-level, this practice places commercialleadership talent that emit positive change into a client base with a wider social impact.
This high-performing practicehas grown significantly over the past few years, and copes well with high volumes of work. The incoming hire will be confident and able to influence at senior stakeholder level, managing a variety of complex processes simultaneously.
My client is considering candidates from a variety of sector and industry backgrounds. This hire will be given immediate exposure to a key client, which will provide a solid appreciation for the sector, if your background is different.
The person will be well-educated and experienced in executive level recruitment. Where experience working in a retained solutions business is preferred, my client also wants to see confident contingent recruitment professionals who are considering a lateral move to embark on a career in retained executive search.
